Employment opportunities within the Group are immense ranging from hotels and bottle shops to gaming, housekeeping and front office.

Full time employment consists of working a minimum of 38 hours per week over a 5 day roster.

Casual employment is also available within the group with a maximum of 20 to 25 hours per week.

Employment is generally available at times when our premises are frequented by patrons so a willingness to work nights and weekends is required.

The Saturno Hotel Group offers ongoing training as part of our commitment to our employees. Training is conducted in house by our Registered Training Organisation, Hospitality Industry Training. To find out more about training courses visit HIT (Hospitality Industry Training) website.

Career opportunities within the hospitality sector are varied and it is important to understand that movement through these areas can be either horizontal or vertical.
