PubCard Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions with answers below,

  • Sign-up online by clicking here and then visit any of our PubCard Venues to pick up your card.  Or visit any of our PubCard Venues and our friendly staff will assist you to sign up.

  • There is no cost to getting a PubCard.

  • Report your card lost or stolen to PubCard via the online form or by calling 08 8292 2800 Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm. Alternately call your preferred PubCard venue and speak with a staff member. You will need to visit a venue to be issued with a replacement card of the same status level. Your new card will have a new member number, and ID is required on collection.


  • For the protection of your points, it is essential that we have a valid ID for application or card replacement.  This also helps us to ensure that only persons 18 years or older apply for a card, in line with South Australian legislation. A valid ID includes a South Australian Drivers Licence, Passport or Proof of Age card.

  • You can use your PubCard at any venue to claim your rewards, benefits and points at the same status level as your preferred venue.

  • Cards are limited to one per person.

  • You earn points on gaming play and on bottle shop, food and beverage purchases in hotels.

  • You can redeem your points on your food and beverage bill to obtain a discount on the final amount or for cash in PubCard gaming rooms.

  • Yes, after a period of 12 months inactivity, all points that have accumulated on the account will expire.

  • Make sure that your contact details are up to date on our system. We will notify you of points expiring via email.

  • Please go to the members page and log in to your member account. You can view your points here. PubCard staff members can swipe your card in venue to communicate your points balance.

  • Points are not transferrable. Points can only be earned or used by the person whose name appears on the card.

  • All new members are automatically part of PubCard and its benefits.

    To qualify for PubCard Blue, members must earn 500 dining points in a month.

    To qualify for PubCard Gold, members must earn 10,000 gaming points in a month.

  • Your status level will be valid as long as you maintain the minimum transaction level. Status is reviewed every 6 months.

  • We are always looking for ways to reward you. This includes exclusive monthly rewards, offers, promotions, discounts, competitions and give aways to enhance your experience with our venues. If we don’t have your information, we cannot keep you informed. It’s as simple as that! We have no intention of spamming you, you can opt-out of all communication at any time by following the instructions on our emails or SMS messages.

  • You will receive an offer before the 1st day of your birthday month via email. This offer is valid for the duration of your birthday month and can be claimed once only per calendar year.

    *Please note: Members will only receive a Birthday gift if they are opted in to receive mail and have a valid email address in their membership.

  • If you are not receiving any emails from us, please check the following:

    • Log into your PubCard membership and check your email address is entered correctly
    • Log into your PubCard membership and check that ‘Receive Email’ is set to ‘Opt In’
    • Check your junk folder in your email account to ensure our emails are not being blocked as spam.
