Report your card lost or stolen to PubCard via the online form or by calling 08 8292 2800 Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm. Alternately call your preferred PubCard venue and speak with a staff member. You will need to visit a venue to be issued with a replacement card of the same status level. Your new card will have a new member number, and ID is required on collection.
For the protection of your points, it is essential that we have a valid ID for application or card replacement. This also helps us to ensure that only persons 18 years or older apply for a card, in line with South Australian legislation. A valid ID includes a South Australian Drivers Licence, Passport or Proof of Age card.
Based on legislation passed by the State Parliament, on 12 December 2019, the regulation of gambling in South Australia will undergo significant reforms. In anticipation of these changes, PubCard has taken the decision to cease the current points earning and tiers system of PubCard to make room for the most cutting-edge technology possible.
As of 29 June 2020 you will no longer be able to earn points. We will be honouring all points earned prior to 29 June 2020. You can still redeem your points for cash or products are any of our venues until 30 June 2021. All members will be on the same tier.
Please keep your current PubCard as you can still enjoy rewards, promotions, competitions and discounts. Members will also have access to PubCard parties with games, pokies snacks and prizes.
There will be no changes to our PubCard gift card which can still be purchased and used at any of our venues.
